Bob Wechsler is research director of Jewish Major Leaguers, a contributor to jewishbaseballmuseum.com and a member of the advisory committee of Jewish Sports Heritage, Inc. He is the author of Day by Day in Jewish Sports History (KTAV 2007). A Pennsylvania State University graduate, he is a retired newspaper sports editor now living near Durham, N.C.

 

 

 

 

 

Bnai Brith has called Martin Abramowitz, our founder and chairman “America’s custodian of Jewish baseball memory.” Martin served in Jewish communal professional leadership positions in Jerusalem, Montreal and Boston. He earned a Doctorate in Social Welfare from Brandeis University.
